Health center rack card design

Client: HopeHealth, Inc. is a South Carolina-based community health center that has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years, and has expanded its service line to provide more comprehensive specialty care for its patients.
Project: Following the launch of HopeHealth’s redesigned website, I helped the organization’s marketing team develop a template for a series of rack cards featuring its service lines and their associated providers. These cards are used at community outreach events and within HopeHealth’s offices to cross-promote services among new and existing patients.
My role: When complete, this rack card suite will include more than 20 service lines and 70 health care providers, so getting the design right for the template was the key first step. I developed several potential designs and worked with the client to refine the selected layout to prioritize information. We locked in a design that is clean, modern and fits with HopeHealth’s revamped website. In addition to design work, I’ve assisted with copywriting and editing for these rack cards.
